The Metrologist is responsible for the general oversight and support of laboratory instrumentation. Solves problems, provide Validation support, support Preventive Maintenance and Calibration, lead capital appropriate requests and provide troubleshooting and repair support, assist in training of personnel on instrumentation.

**The Role**

+ Ensure laboratory instrument calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) programs are performed as scheduled, including reviewing and maintaining all calibration and PM documentation.
