We are assisting our client for the recruitment of a skilled and detail-oriented Metallurgical Engineer.

Duties Planning and coordinating workflow throughout the laboratory, compiling blank test reports, and reporting of results. Providing metallurgical services by performing various metallurgical, metallographic and macroscopic assessments and verifications including corrosion, salt spray, failure investigations and site testing as well as investigating, researching and analysing information. Minimum Requirements National Diploma in Physical Metallurgical Engineering, OR BSc, BEng or BTech Degree in Physical Metallurgical Engineering or an equivalent discipline Minimum 2 years' experience in a production or laboratory environment Knowledge of IT office tools Familiar with material testing Well-developed oral and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proven time management and problem-solving skills Strong analytical thinking and decisi...
