Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and creative Meta Ad Expert with proven expertise in managing and
optimizing paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate
should have strong analytical skills, creative ad-copy abilities, and a deep understanding of audience
targeting, campaign structure, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
 Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram (Meta
Ads) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping).
 Develop, test, and scale lead generation and retargeting campaigns for both awareness and
conversion.
 Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) and optimize campaigns for ROI.
 Create ad copies, work with the design team for visuals, and run A/B tests for creatives and
