Position: Merchant Relationship Manager

Job Summary: The Merchant Relationship Manager manages and grows a portfolio of merchant accounts by driving sales volume, revenue, and long-term partnerships. The role focuses on deepening merchant relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring strong performance and regulatory compliance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Duties And Responsibilities

Growth in Merchant Portfolio / Business Development

• Identify and execute strategic merchant partnerships to drive growth of proprietary programs such as PayEasy, PayLater, e-commerce, and On-Us (straight transactions).
• Coordinate with cross-functional units to launch programs that support Issuing initiatives and generate incremental revenues, including new and untapped growth opportunities.
