Responsibilities - Provide optimal service to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide.
- Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms and provide 1st line support to our internal stakeholders. Consult commercial and implementation teams on the amendment process.
- Ensure Worldpay remains compliant throughout the setup process and meets regulatory requirements.
- Encourage great communication in the team by maintaining shared documents and systems and prioritizing workflows.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Possess tertiary education or equivalent.
- Ideally, you have worked in a data processing role; not essential.
