We are looking for a Merchant Management Executive to support our merchants in their daily payment-related matters. In this role, you will help merchants resolve enquiries, handle payment issues, support dispute cases, and work with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant operations.
This role is suitable for someone who is customer-focused, alert, and comfortable working in a fast-moving support environment. This position will be attached to SiliconNet Technologies Sdn Bhd.
