By building close partnerships with merchants, we create plans and strategies to grow their sales and meet their needs across Grab's services such as GrabExpress, GrabPay, and GrabAds.
This a senior individual contributor role who leads the design, execution, and optimisation of programmes that drive merchant conversion, adoption, and long-term engagement.
You will oversees two main functions: Merchant Programmes and Community & Merchant Engagement.
This role will report to the Lead, Commercial, Merchant Growth and be onsite at Singapore Grab office.
