Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and customers while building trust‑based relationships to facilitate long‑term business opportunities.
• Guide and mentor Account Managers on acquisition strategies, operations, and professional development.
• Conduct on‑ground immersion and research to size opportunities and develop partner hitlists.
• Influence sales and aftersales processes to ensure nimble operations and high‑quality governance.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of work experience in Sales.
• Solid background and experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) industry.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership and managing a sales organization.
