What You’ll Be Doing

• Develops, sets and leads the team’s overall strategy in tapping merchant partners in alignment with company’s strategies and imperatives

• Conducts internal and external research by gathering data via on-ground immersion, networking and table‑top research

• Manages and guides account managers in the operations and acquisition strategies of Merchant Acquisition & Management

• Influences the improvement sales and aftersales processes to best serve the customer through a fast, simple and nimble operation balanced with the right governance

• Initiates and develops partner hitlist and plan through market and opportunity sizing

• Leads day‑to‑day handling and management of partners

• Oversees, leads and shapes the Merchant Acquisition organization by putting in place talents and succession plans for continuous seamless execution
