            Job Responsibilities Ensure product merchandising aligns with brand and company standards. 
Conduct market analysis to evaluate product performance and competition. 
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams. 
Coordinate product launches and promotional activities. 
Work with the sales team to understand customer preferences and trends. 
Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability. 
Prepare reports on product performance, sales trends, and merchandising effectiveness. 
Develop and execute category strategies and product mix based on customer needs and brand positioning. 
Plan and implement promotional and pricing strategies. 
Track sales activities and prepare regular reports for management. 
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments. 
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
