Key Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising, buying & inventory strategies
• Lead assortment planning based on market and customer trends
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketing & Brand Principals
• Lead and mentor the merchandising/planning team

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience within retail industries (fashion, beauty, footwear, handbags, jewellery or F&B)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
