Responsible for brand product performance, including sales, margin, inventory levels, and incoming goods in line with management targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle brand strategy, covering brand guidelines, brand vision, merchandising plan, budget, collection setup, store allocation, and sales performance review, while liaising with relevant counterparts to drive overall performance
- Analyze sales forecasts and financial data, and report on product sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis to both management and the principal
- Liaise with marketing to ensure product launches, website updates, and campaigns are executed on time and aligned with principal guidelines
- Liaise with the wholesale team to ensure full channel coverage across product offering, tradeshows, launches, and deliveries
- Monitor shifts in customer behavior, needs, and beliefs to surface fresh brand insights
