The Merchandise Manager (MM) is responsible for the formulation of financial, marketing and promotional plans and strategies in order to meet sales objectives. The MM ensures profitability, efficient operation and continued growth of the department. She coordinates with other functional groups to ensure effective implementation of the plans for the brand/category and acts as the main contact person between the principals and the division.
