Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records of all MEP materials ensuring real-time data for efficient project execution.

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications, promptly addressing any discrepancies.

Organize and store materials in a safe, efficient, and accessible manner, optimizing storage space and minimizing damage.

Issue materials to project teams based on approved requisitions, maintaining meticulous records of material usage.

Qualifications

Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates holding a relevant vocational certification.

Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a storekeeping role, preferably within the MEP or construction industry.

Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP materials, including their specifications, applications, and storage requirements.
