**Position Summary**

This role is responsible for developing and managing the quality control plan for the division. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring that the quality of the work meets each project’s contractual requirements.

**Position Details**

+ Develop, maintain and communicate QA/QC standards for the division and then any project level requirements that are more stringent.
+ Review project specifications for code compliance and constructability within industry standards. Work to help standardize specifications on SI’s design build projects.
+ Conduct and manage field observations of all MEP systems to determine compliance with approved plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
+ Prepare regular periodic quality control reports for management team.
+ Recognize and actively engages in the development of solutions to correct deficiencies in the project; identifies and directs corrective action as necessary.
