We are seeking for an MEP Executive Senior QS who will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, tendering, procurement, contract administration, and cost control related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within construction projects.
This candidate shall be required to perform the following responsibilities: -
Cost Estimation - Analyse project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for MEP components.
- Utilise relevant software and tools to perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
Tendering and Procurement - Assist in the tendering process by evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers for MEP works.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.
