•Core Duties: Grade A Office Building Operations & Maintenance o MEP Operations: Oversee all MEP systems (HVAC, Power, FFS, Elevators, BMS) to ensure 24/7 Grade A performance. o Maintenance Audit: Plan and audit the annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) for both MEP and Civil works (including structural integrity, waterproofing, etc.). o Contractor Management: Supervise third-party vendors (MEP & Civil). o Fit-out Oversight: Review tenant MEP and architectural modifications to protect building structural and system integrity. o Emergency Lead: Command technical responses for power outages, fire alarms, or major structural/water leaks. o Safety Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to local building codes and the company's internal safety protocols. o Project Upgrades: Manage technical renovations, equipment replacements, building repairs (including waterproofing and structural repairs) to keep facilities moder...
