Contracts Manager – MEP Contractor in the UAE

• Lead all contractual and commercial matters across major MEP projects
• Manage claims, variations, EOTs, and contractual correspondence
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution
• Review contractual risks and opportunities
• Advise project and commercial teams on contractual strategy
• Lead final account negotiations and project close‑out activities

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience within MEP contracting
• UAE experience essential
• Strong understanding of FIDIC and UAE construction contracts
• Proven track record managing variations, claims, EOTs, contractual notices, and final accounts on major MEP projects
