We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join us onsite in our Los Altos, California clinic. Onsite supervision for limited permits is available.
What You Will Work On
Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
Deliver evidence‑based care in a holistic, wrap‑around care model
Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health
Provide consultation to therapists on the treatment team, including licensed therapists and trainees;
assist with program development
