Mental Health Technician

The primary function of the Mental Health Technician (MHT) is to ensure patient safety. The Mental Health Technician functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients ranging in age from preschool through geriatrics depending on which unit worked. MHT's work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Shift Summary: ADULT-GERO UNIT Nights (11p – 7a) Shifts may vary Must be available to attend the Full hospital and departmental orientations: Week 1: Monday -Friday (8 AM - 5 PM); Week 2: Monday – Tuesday (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
