An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably qualified and experienced candidates within our new Complex Psychosis teams across the Boroughs of Ealing, Hounslow, and Hammersmith and Fulham. Each borough is mobilising these new services bringing together the existing Community Rehabilitation teams alongside new investment to develop an assertive outreach pathway for service users who need an assertive approach to engagement as part of their clinical presentation to provide care, treatment and support.

Successful candidates will show knowledge and experience of the clinical processes and treatments that support the care of people experiencing psychosis with complex needs.
