HIOWH NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity to join our team. You must be a qualified & Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist. This role will focus on working within the community and supporting those service users in Portsmouth with mental health conditions and substance misuse. You will be expected to be co located with substance misuse services and other organisations within this area of expertise as well as being an integrated part of Mental health services.
The Mental Health Outreach team is a small multidisciplinary team working predominantly 9-5 Monday to Friday with some flexibility as required.
