Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Mental Health and Addictions Case Coordinator Nurse (RN/RPN) to join the Adult Community Support Services team in Powell River, BC. The role focuses on providing treatment and case management services to adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary mental health and addictions care team to provide treatment and case management services that are inclusive and flexible for individuals with mental illness and concurrent disorders.
