The Member Journey & Growth Analyst is responsible for analysing member behaviour and optimising the member lifecycle journey to improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and membership upgrades. This role ensures that marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and member journeys are data-driven, measurable, and continuously optimised .
