The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering professional advice, effective administration, and exceptional service to members across healthcare and employee benefit schemes.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of employee benefits, including medical schemes, employee wellness programmes, and expatriation health benefits
Conduct in-depth assessments of members’ healthcare needs and provide appropriate advice
Accurately record advice on the CRM system and provide members with a record of advice
