Summary The employee serves as an Advanced Medical Support Assistant within the VA Care in the Community program. In this role, the employee ensures that Veterans are scheduled for community-based care in accordance with national guidelines. Responsibilities include making and receiving calls with Veterans, vendors, and other VA staff members.
