Job Responsibilities
  • Replenish medical consumables in hospitals at various stock points
  • Conduct inventory count regularly and ensure that stock levels are accurate and up to date
  • Ensure that supplies are stored and classified properly
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded in system, and delivery is arranged
  • Manage inventory batch and expiry dates of stocks
  • Identify supply chain gaps and deficiencies, and work on improvements
  • Ensure that supplies are monitored for quality
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure supplies are used appropriately
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
  • Minimum ‘O’ and ‘N’ Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in Mathematics
  • Tech savvy, proficient in Computer Literacy
