We are looking for a leader who speaks the language of healthcare. Prior experience in the medical or caregiving field will give you a massive advantage in this role.
• Background as a nurse, caregiver, physical therapist, or medical interpreter (especially those with experience working in healthcare facilities in Japan or the Philippines).
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care procedures, and health insurance processes.
• A natural ability to handle stressful medical situations with a calm, patient-first mindset, while leading a team of 10 staff.
• Native-level fluency, N1, N2 level in both Japanese English and Tagalog (open to dual citizens/half-Japanese, permanent residents).
• Proven experience or capability in managing a team of around 10 members.
• Prior knowledge or experience in the medical or insurance fields is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
