Travel: Occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA (1–2 times per week)
We are looking for a highly organized and patient-focused Medical Scheduler to join our team in Newark, CA. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing patients, providing a warm, professional experience while supporting scheduling, intake, and administrative processes.

What You’ll Do

+ Answer and return all incoming new patient calls in a courteous and professional manner

+ Manage multiple calls and inquiries efficiently throughout the day

+ Enter and track new patient referrals accurately in the system

+ Send new patient welcome emails and required intake paperwork

+ Collect and verify patient insurance information before scheduled appointments
