Achieve monthly and YTD peso sales targets of the assigned territory. Meet the required number of quality calls on the set and agreed on frequency per customer class. Attain and maintain effective selling skills and strong product knowledge based on agreed standards. Maintain professionally balanced relationships with all customers (Doctors and Allied Medical Personnel) and co-employees within his/her territory. Organize workload and carry out necessary and required administrative duties. Observe proper conduct and decorum that befits his/her position in accordance with Company Work Rules and Policies.
