**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

The Penn State Health Medical Group – Middletown office is located minutes outside of Hummelstown and sees, on average, 150-180 patients a day. This office houses several specialties including Adult and Pediatrics Rheumatology, Neurology, GI, Dermatology, Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS), Bariatrics, and Family Medicine.

Operating on a day-time schedule during the weekday, the selected Medical Office Associate will be expected to consistently answer phones, check patients in and out of appointments, e-faxing, and schedule/reschedule patients for appointments.
