Collections Specialist – Direct Hire


Location: Manhattan, NYC

Pay: $45–50K Base + Commission

**Higher Pay for Out-of-Network experience

Schedule: OnsiteDaily / Monday-Friday / 9:30 AM-5:30 PM

Summary:

ExecuSource is seeking a Collections Specialist to join a fast-paced outpatient Physical Medicine & Rehab practice in Manhattan focused on delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.

Manage insurance and patient collections to improve A/R performance

Follow up on unpaid claims through calls, portals, and carrier systems

Communicate professionally with patients regarding balances

Document collection activity accurately and thoroughly

Identify and resolve delinquent accounts

Collaborate with front desk and insurance teams
