Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews work orders and daily schedule to determine repair needs. 

Diagnoses equipment problems and repairs and maintains durable medical equipment.

Tests equipment to ensure for proper operation upon completion of repairs.

Conducts in-home service calls to customers on an as-needed basis. Contacts customers to schedule appointments. Resolves equipment problems or arranges for equipment pick-up.
