**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

We are looking for a Medical Director to join our team!

The primary role of this position is to provide skilled management and strategic leadership functions for the​ YRMC Medical Group that results in effective financial, quality, clinical, patient experience, safety, and provider​ wellness in partnership with COO, President (YRMG), and YRMG C suite members. This position provides​ physician oversight over YRMG. This includes activities as Quality Management, patient safety, improving​ patient experience, any other duties as assigned. This individual shall assume a facilitative role to partner with hospitals and their C suite members to address YRMG related matters when appropriate. Also, the will work with​ appropriate stakeholders to set policies and procedures and ensure all services meet the objectives of YRMG and​ CommonSpirit.
