Scope of Job
To provide excellent customer service as a first point of contact in an inter-professional clinic for the care of triply diagnosed (mental illness, chronic disease, and appetitive drive disorder) of an assigned population with excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and listening skills in Spanish and English.

Description of Duties

+ To intake patients into clinic setting by obtaining vital signs, surgical/medical history, chief complaint, medications, and allergies. Document appropriately in the Electronic Health record.
