Variable schedule | 7:30 AM–8:00 PM | 10-hour shifts available (some evenings & Saturdays required)

Our client in Smithtown is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide essential support to physicians and clinical staff in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities include:

  Rooming patients, taking vitals, documenting medications, and updating EMR records

  Assisting with exams, procedures, and specimen collection

  
  


• 
  

  Performing routine lab tests and ensuring exam rooms are clean and stocked

  
  


• 
  

  Communicating effectively with patients about procedures, medications, and instructions

  Supporting administrative tasks including scheduling, phone calls, and maintaining patient flow
