Job Description: Direct implementation of Medical Affairs Management / Aesthetic plans and policies to manage activities concerned with the promotion of the organization's products, clinical trials on marketed products, product line extensions and products under development.

Responsibilities

• Guide on Galderma's Aesthetic portfolio.
• Manage field medical team.
• Work closely with global teams to ensure that local aesthetic portfolio plans/activities are aligned to global strategy.
• Ensure the patient is central to all activities.
• Build ongoing relationships with KOLs through a variety of clinical, research and medical activities.
• Support sales and local opinion leaders in the field. Provide input to influencing bodies to further the needs of the business.
• Represent the Medical Department, as nominated, in all appropriate external customer focused activities.
