Purpose
The Dealer Growth Strategist (DGS) owns the outcome:
Help dealerships sell more cars by identifying and fixing bottlenecks across the full system.
This role is not limited to advertising performance.
The DGS is responsible for diagnosing issues and driving improvements across:
- Traffic quality
- Website conversion
- CRM follow-up
- Appointment rates
- Show rates
- Sales process
- Attribution and reporting
