Job Description Summary :

A mechanical technician is responsible for supporting engineering efforts for new product development, cost reduction, and field or quality issue resolution.
Primary tasks would include installation, wiring, maintenance, and parts changes of elevator systems.
Additionally, this person would assist engineers in a variety of other tasks to support current programs and be able to effectively communicate and turn conversations into actionable plans.
Safety of themselves and those working around them is also a primary responsibility in this position.

Education / Experience:

+ Associate's degree in engineering technology or related field (preferred)
+ 2 years experience (minimum required)
