Mechanical Site Engineer
Office: Woodlands
Working location: Attap Valley
Working days & hours: 5.5 days
Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Sat: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
(May be required to work beyond these stated hours based on project or operational requirements.)
Salary range: SGD 3,000 - 4,000 (depending on experience)
Company's principal activity is plumbing, heating (non-electric) and air-conditioning with general contractors
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
. 1-3 years of relevant experience in M&E / HVAC project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
. Coordination & Communication
. Liaise with Main Contractor, consultants, and other subcontractors to resolve site issues and ensure work sequences are aligned.
. Attend coordination meetings and prepare minutes of meetings when required.
