This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Estimator, Pre-Construction Manager or Project Manager with strong commercial awareness and Design & Build experience. The Role You will manage projects from initial enquiry through to handover, building client relationships, developing technical solutions and producing accurate estimates.
