Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Vocational/Technical Degree in Machining/Mechanical Technology
• TESDA Certification in Machining/Lathe Operation is a significant advantage
• Professional License in Mechanical Engineering (preferred for senior roles)
• Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a machinist (or equivalent)
• Experience with manual lathe operation (CNC machining experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in welding (hand welding, ultrasonic welding) is highly desirable
• Knowledge of metal properties, machining processes, and cutting tool technology
