Cork.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Summary of Position</strong></p><p>The primary purpose of the Mechanical Fitter is to carry out maintenance, repair, overhaul and installation of mechanical equipment and systems onboard vessels and within the Company's ship repair facilities.</p><p>The Mechanical Fitter will be involved in a wide variety of ship repair activities including machinery overhauls, pump and valve repairs, hydraulic systems, propulsion equipment, deck machinery and general mechanical fitting duties.
