As a Knowledge Analyst for Mechanical Engineering, you will play a key part in evaluating and driving client growth and sustainability opportunities. You will work with teams to guide the creation of our clients’ current and future portfolio as well as driving productivity and innovation across their various functions including engineering, procurement, and product management.

 

You will typically work in teams of 2 – 3 McKinsey analysts and experts. You may often be collocated at a client site with other McKinsey consultants responsible for the diagnosis, analysis, and implementation of business initiatives tailored to help our clients improve margins and reduce costs. Working closely with client stakeholders is key to establish buy-in and grow client capabilities. The ownership of individual work and ability to create impact as an individual is necessary to be successful.
