Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman / Layouter to join our stainless kitchen equipment fabrication team. The successful candidate will prepare technical drawings, fabrication layouts, cutting lists, and production details for custom stainless steel kitchen equipment such as work tables, sinks, exhaust hoods, cabinets, shelving, and food service systems. The role requires strong technical drafting skills, understanding of stainless fabrication processes, and the ability to coordinate with production, engineering, and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and layout plans for stainless kitchen equipment
• Interpret architectural, mechanical, and kitchen layout drawings
• Produce cutting lists, material estimates, and fabrication details
• Coordinate dimensions and specifications with clients, engineers, and production supervisors
