About the role
As a Mechanical and Plumbing Services Technician you’ll play a key role in the Campus Services Team in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and efficient campus environment for our ākonga (learners), kaimahi (staff), and wider community.
You’ll be responsible for:
Operating and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and boiler systems Monitoring and optimising building performance through the Building Management System (BMS) Delivering preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency Supporting asset lifecycle planning, upgrades, and maintenance programmes Responding to faults, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives Ko wai koe | About you
