**Mechanic**

**Job Description**

As a Mechanic, you will ensure the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines. This includes following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to troubleshoot malfunctions.

**Responsibilities**

+ Dismantle, move, assemble, install, weld, and repair industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions.
+ Utilize hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools to dismantle equipment and machines.
+ Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
+ Assemble and install equipment such as conveyors using hand and power tools.
+ Construct foundations and align machines.
+ Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance.
