Job Description Equipment Technician A client of 1 Resource Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Equipment Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and service a variety of industrial and contractor equipment, including welding machines, step-up transformers, and small engine equipment. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, commitment to quality workmanship, and dependable attendance. This is a day shift position.



Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience repairing tools, machinery, or construction equipment.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, schematics, drivetrain systems, and diesel/gasoline engines.

Experience with mobile heating and air conditioning systems preferred.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, and extended periods standing in a shop environment.
