We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager who will help lead our MECCA Canberra operational processes that ensure the store is organised, well presented and enables our customers to have a seamless and exceptional shopping experience.
With a passion and extensive experience to help manage our stock and back-of-house operations, your responsibilities will be to:
Partner with the Operations Manager to drive operational success
Nurture and develop a team of Operations Specialists who are responsible for ensuring all operational procedures and visual merchandising standards are met
Lead, train and empower all team members on operational processes to ensure they know how to execute our operations to a high standard
Manage the end-to-end stock management process to ensure the store is always in an optimal stock position
