KIMLY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage tender preparation and documentation for Mechanical & Electrical trades. You will perform quantity take-offs, attend site visits, and assist the Contracts Manager in ensuring the completeness and timeliness of tender submissions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, 1 to 3 years of experience, and proficiency in Glodon Cubicost software. Knowledge of M&E trades is preferential.
